A Really Good Day
I had a really good Sunday today. It wasn’t particulary exciting, but it was good.
The morning started with creme brulee coffee. It was delicious, especially since we haven’t had any flavored coffee in the house for awhile. So that was good.
Then, around noon, Mr. Martini and I went to Garden Ridge and bought Christmas decorations. Not many decorations made it with us during our move from up north, so we bought a tree, and non-breakable ornaments, and candles for the windows, and had fun doing it. So that was good.
We decided to wait to put the decoration up next weekend, so I went ahead and organized my craft area. Which is something I’ve been wanting to do all month, and finally had time to do. So that was good.
Now, it’s raining, but we’re inside and dry and warm and cuddled on the couch, about to settle in for an evening in front of the TV.
In other words, a good end to a good day.
