This May Explain My Recent Mood Swings
Today, in celebration of the long weekend, I got to leave work a little early. I got home around 4:30, said hello to Mr. Martini, patted the cats on the head, then immediately flopped down on the couch and took a two hour nap.
Oh, yeah. A little sleep helped my mood and my stress levels tremendously. Now I feel ready to enjoy the 4-day weekend. Bring it on, Thanksgiving!
