An Apology

It doesn’t seem fair that NaBloPoMo happens to fall during my busiest month at work. All of my intentions to write compelling, thought-provoking, grammatically correct posts have gone out the window because each day of busy-ness at work has been barely able to string a coherent sentence together.

For that, I apologize. Today is another one of those “go home, lay down, and try to regroup” days. All I can do is post this picture I took yesterday on our back porch, where I look fresh-faced and relaxed. Trust me, if you could see me right now, I would look exactly the opposite of this picture.

Ahh, Sunday. I miss you.

November is probably the worst month of the year to do either NaBloPoMo or NaNoWriMo. It’s the end of semester for anyone involved in education and then Thanksgiving just screws everything up.

I’d much prefer NaBloPoMo or NaNoWriMo to be something like January or July. Then maybe I’d do something.

Because, you know, I can’t set those times aside to do them on my own. There must be others torturing themselves in the same way at the same time. Hmmmmm.
