Clarification
In the previous post, where I was discussing the House episode with Mira Sorvino, I should have said “drilled a hole in her skull,” and not, as I said, “drill a hole in her brain.” There is a very distinct difference, and I felt I should point that out.
Also, should I have issued a spoiler warning at the top of that post (and now this one, apparently) for anyone who hadn’t watched that episode of House? I figured that since it had aired well over a year ago, and has been repeated a number of times on both Fox and USA that I was in the clear. No one has called me out on it yet, but there’s been a lot of talk lately about spoiler warnings and when they are appropriate, and when, let’s face it, information about a show is just that, information, and not a “spoiler” since the show has already aired.
My favorite take on it is Linda’s at the Monkey See blog. Linda used to write recaps for Television Without Pity, and I’m sure had to deal with spoilers in the forums on a daily basis. While I miss here on TWoP, I love reading her Monkey See blog entries. Check them out, while you’re over there.
